I recently dined at this incredible restaurant for dinner, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. With a meal costing over $100 per person, I was expecting excellence, and that's exactly what I got. The food was a perfect 5 out of 5. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The Bread Basket was a delightful start, followed by the Quail stuffed with Foie Gras, which was rich and exquisite. Let's start with the seating arrangement. The majority of the seating is at the bar, which is surprising and disappointing given the high price point. When enjoying an elaborate tasting menu, I prefer to be seated comfortably at a table. Now, regarding the food. We opted for the standard tasting menu, which included visually impressive dishes, but unfortunately, each one lacked seasoning and didn’t quite hit the mark. We attempted to dine in this restaurant is a group of eight. When I reached out to MGM, I was told to make two reservations of four and then call the restaurant to combine the tables. It took several days of phone calls to find out that the restaurant was closed for most of July. When they finally opened, I was advised that I were to email Group reservations, which I did. After not hearing back for about another week, I reached out again, and at that point, I was told that the only way to combine our tables were to have a prefix menu’, a contract and a minimum spend. I spent $800, including tax and gratuity, for two people. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing. For that price, I expect perfection and flavors that are truly extraordinary. You can expect incredible food and exceptional service at this restaurant. It's truly top-notch. The staff is attentive and considerate, and the cuisine is on par with what you would find in Michelin-starred establishments. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas.
