Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la table 007 à proximité de la cuisine. L'ensemble du repas était parfait avec un équilibre des gouts, des textures, des jus et des assaisonnements sur l'ensemble des plats. Merci au chef et à sa brigade d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à nos questions. Nous avons eu le privilège d'assister à la préparation des plats, tel un concert de 3 heures ou chacun joue sa partition sans aucune fausse note. This restaurant is a beautiful find. The chef offers a unique menu with local fresh products (max 200km from Lyon). Choose between a fish or a meat. The match met and the wines offered match very well and allowed us to make a great discovery. The dishes are beautiful and good, the very nice staff and listening. The chief goes to the customers to exchange with them. We really had a great time. Redo

The refined cuisine has the height of its distinctions. Dinner very friendly, table reserved for several weeks for a Saturday night. However, an appropriate outfit for the service would not be too much.
