I went for the first time in this establishment yesterday noon and frankly it is by far the best burger I ever ate, oxen, homemade buns, all the ingredients were fresh and cooked home, local cheese to sublimate the burger, homemade sauces, nothing to see with the industrial sauces that we find in fried specy, the fries were very sweet, slightly sweet, for what is the only negative opinion I have seen for this establishment, it is impossible for the person to visit this establishment because the reception is very warm, simple, impeccable cuisine, very generous servings and fries at discretion so go there the eyes closed! We have been regulars at Le Cyne for many years and when we were told that the previous owners had opened this burger bar where they made their own buns and burgers we felt we had to give it a try. After visiting the Saturday...market it was very convenient to pop in and order a burger and frites with a glass of beer. Madam was keen to clarify how well done and what extras we wanted. It was cooked to order and brought with freshly cooked chips that were excellent. I had the Mariolles cheese option and it was a good accompaniment. The beer was very good and local too.
Found this little place by accident and what a find!! They cook your burger to your specification along with your choice of cheese. It has to be the BEST burger I have ever had! The fries are to die for along with the choice homemade...dips. Its €12 for burger and fries which sounds expensive but you are obviously paying for quality! If ever in St Omer this has to be the place to go! Very friendly owner

If you want to eat a burger you should not hesitate a minute. ready to go back there during my next stay on Saint omer. nothing to change
we have returned here because the last time was very recommended. This time the prices and the menu were the same, but unfortunately the enthusiasm of the staff went and the quality went back. a soggy-back that fell to pieces while eating. not chips. very crisp and garnish, that was tired. not the good experience of our first visit. perhaps proposed new owners like others?
The beef is angus, the chips are local potatoes, and they have a great selection of sauces and cheeses. Puddings are worth trying if you have room...these guys used to do fine dining at Le Cygne restaurant so they know quality at every level and...maintain very high standards. It is without doubt the best burger in town, if not the whole of France!
nothing to do with the burgers of the great brands, here a quality burger, top meat, fresh bread and sauces that have nothing to do with the industrial. A place for connoisseurs of good flavors.
