To spend this day at the workshop, on the liver of good reviews. We are delighted with the flavours of the dishes offered. I asked for a cocoa egg with foie gras after my first gravlax salmon. The kindness of the waitress bluffed me, the work and precision of the impressive chef in the kitchen. We were from Normandy, we have no interest in this restaurant. I highly recommend it. A great address. Thank you. Very hot.
