We visited Lationo Joes last Friday evening for my hen do which was kindly arranged as a surprise for me by my work friends. We had a table early as we wanted to go on for drinks elsewhere afterwards and by the time everyone arrived, there was 16 of us, we were all seated by 7:30. There were a couple of other tables occupied at this time so it was far from busy. The waitress came and asked us if we 'd like to order drinks whilst looking at the menu which we did and most of us had cocktails which took a little time to arrive but that was expected as they are all freshly made. I 'm not sure where to start with this place. We booked a table for 5 upon arrival were put on a table for 4 and squashed together. Our drinks orders were taken after 30 minutes. A man came over 20 minutes later with drinks which we hadn 't ordered and insisted they were ours. When we did get our drinks they were abysmal mostly with no taste and VERY watered down. None of the cocktails tasted liked they had any alcohol in at all. The same man then asked us which table number this was! He didn 't have a clue. We dined at this restaurant on Saturday night after having enjoyed the food on a previous weeknight. However, this is not the ideal place for a weekend meal if you want to have a conversation. The noise level was so high that we could barely hear each other - it felt like dining in a nightclub. We were a group of 6 people, and as soon as one person finished their starter, their plate was quickly cleared away. Visited here for the first time last night. My first impressions were quite good as a venue itself. I ordered piri piri chicken with pineapple and when my food came out there was no pineapple in sight and definitely no piri piri. I got a microwaved rubbery, plain chicken breast with a cheese slice on top, wilted salad and chips. I then called the waitress to ask her if I had been given the right dish and she said I had. I explained about the pineapple and she went off to the kitchen, came back and said the chef had no pineapple! The cocktails were nice but the food, considering the price was very very disappointing. Based on my first impressions, I will not be returning.

Upon arrival, the restaurant looked wonderful. Behind the bar, cocktails were being made and we all participated in trying them. The service was really good, as we were led to our table in the dining area. The staff surprised me by putting a Mexican hat and poncho on me, as it was my birthday, and took photos. The food was delicious and my friend, who does not like spicy food, was able to find something that suited her palette. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely go again. The restaurant also has a small dance floor, which we tried out.
Me and my friends visited Latinos Joes last Saturday. Cocktails arrived quickly even the restaurant seemed busy. They were freshly made and very delicious! For starters we had nachos to share and it arrived very quickly. We had burritos as our main courses. The quality was amazing! Staff was very friendly, waitresses were kind and polite. I would recommend to visit this place for everyone as the service is great. Amazing place to come on Saturday evening!!!
Not my first visit to Latino Joe's discovered by chance a couple of years ago. Lovely place. Makes you feel like you're on holiday with the music, decor and relaxed atmosphere. Great for groups of any size. Food is always good and I especially recommend the prosecco sangria it's the reason I keep returning!
Well what a disappointment. Felt the food was poor! For £30 a head for really poor Mixed Starter, Sea Bass which was size of a fish finger was overall a rip off! Coupled with the dodgy tummy overnight will definitely not be returning!!!

Fantastic place for girls night! Cocktails and lovely food! Quick service even on a Saturday staff friendly and helpful can't wait to go back!
Visited for drinks. Great cocktails, staff and service! Drinks a little pricier than pubs in the high street but much nicer atmosphere.
