it is the restaurant for the hotel viry, I cannot comment on the hotel, not stay there. the restaurant was terrible. I had a local menu. salat vosgienne not even close to one that was smoked meat with cauliflower the kartoffel...not cooked, it was actually nothing but a chouc route, the blueberry was soggy and straight out of the refrigerator. on and all not very good. this place has been there for at least 50 60 years and was very good. they should be ashamed to do that. no good way to light the light on the region.
We had lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant of the Auberge, not a single disappointment to the program of these agapes! So the grilled white tuna paved, the braised pork jar, the meunière trout, the keel in the oven, the pork cheeks or the Vosges board (assortment of cutters and cheeses), all these dishes of course accompanied by pasta, rice, fries or vegetables, have been greatly appreciated both in terms of quantity and in terms of taste!

we arrived late in the evening in gérardmer and stumbled on this restaurant in the hope instead of expectation. we had a long day in the car and the children were tired. but we were met with excellent service, wonderful eating and great drinks. eating was simple, but well cooked and the cheese plate was a manifestation. really cheap and exactly what we needed to travel after a long day.
