We ate in the garden on a hot afternoon. The setting was lovely and shaded. The menu was well thought through, brief but with enough options. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The dishes showed the creativity and balance of the chef. Traditional French food with a few subtle twists using herbs and spices to great effect. The service was friendly, helpful and relaxed. I wish that we had discovered the Cheval Blanche earlier so that we could go again before our holiday ends. Our admiration goes to all at this wonderful restaurant.
