Disappointed, we had the impression of being quickly dispatched ... even if the waitresses are nice. We didn't have time to drink our aperitif, the dish was already served. The meal was good but really limited in terms of quantity... the plates left empty, even those of the children... The following days we ordered pizzas, the same level of garnish, really not terrible... Disappointed, knowing Savoy well, we don't find the good Savoyard products there. Personnage de la station, le père Bill sait accueillir les gens avec des assiettes bien garnies, des plats typiques dans une ambiance chaleureuse. La cheminée centrale ainsi que à déco donnent à cet endroit l'impression d'être chez soi. Comme tout être humain, le patron a son caractère, et ce qui est top c'est que ce caractère on le retrouve dans ses assiettes. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit. En après ski ou pour y manger c'est toujours un plaisir d'y aller.

We stayed in the village for 7 days in March. There are only 3 places to eat there and we chose to dine here twice as we enjoyed it so much the first time.There were 5 of us dining on both visits. The restaurant was comfortable for all of us. The menu was varied and the kids menu was good too.The service was good and we didn't experience any of the problems that others have mentioned. I'd absolutely eat here again when I return to the village.

Si vous cherchez un restaurant au charme et à la décoration authentiques, vous l'avez trouvé! Cadre chaleureux, assiettes copieuses et ambiance au bar très sympa. Evidemment, nous fonçons tous sur les excellentes spécialités régionales mais les autres plats faits maison figurant à la carte valent vraiment le détour. We visited twice and on the first visit the raclette and pizzas were all fantastic against the slightly odd/off welcome. On the second visit the pizzas were great but the burgers and the veal dish were not nice and we fed that back but nothing happened and again the slightly odd treatment of paying customers. I don't mind quirky owners but for me it was just inhospitable.

The Grande Terche would not be the same without Pere Bill's. The food is exceptionally good and the service is excellent. We ate here 3 nights in a row and we were impressed with all of our meals. Pere Bill made us feel very welcome and was grateful for us trying to speak in French. After a long day skiing, I couldn't think of a better place to spend the evening!

Beau restaurant, endroit chaleureux par la Deco ! Pour le reste, question nourriture, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de goûter, patron extrêmement désagréable, et grossier ! J'ai eu l'impression de déranger, j'aurais peut être dû m'excuser de venir manger ! Monsieur , Si vous détestez les vacanciers et touristes, changé de métier où mieux prenez votre retraite !

This inn offers a typically Savoyard setting. I didn't opt for a Savoyard specialty but a simple pizza that was nevertheless original in its topping and I admit that I don't regret my choice, it was excellent! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

C'est le seul resto "classique" de la Grande TercheRaclette généreuse. Service ok.Le cadre est chaleureux mais le sourire du patron n'existe que sur son menu...
