We discovered this restaurant beautifully renovated by new owners who, while keeping the price level for the midi formula and a classic French cuisine, innovated by introducing some Nordic recipes. One of us has tasted the tops of poultry, the other is the buttock, these two dishes in cream sauce with Maroilles (this cheese that stinks but tastes not so strong... excellent! On the menu this American net is a kind of beef tartare more tasteful (with anchovies and one of the essential dishes of the kitchen to beer, the Flemish carbonnades (exit from Burgundy to beer . And the best fries in Lezignan! We'll be back.
