At Fanny and Jonathan, I lived the experience of my life. I don't remember another restaurant that made me instantly happy and satisfied. It starts a few minutes after your arrival. You have not even ordered and yet you receive the first greetings of the chiefs. The menu is coming. In fact, you will only see a complete menu after you finish your meal. You can simply decide if you want 8 courses or 11. Of course, the 8 courses extend to 12. It became very emotional. In the second dish, I was at the edge of tears because of the perfection of the composition combined with an excellent service (and great wines) that gives you the impression of being in a dream. exceptional! excellent table, everything is perfectly realized, the dishes are surprising but all very good. very good taste of seasonings, barely salty, not fat. a healthy but delicious cuisine. only flat in the dishes, the caviar of St Pierre, too strong in the fish for me. Too bad it's the only time the chief came. perfect setting and service. The dishes are beautiful and very qualitative. The second floor is not far. A bunch of "star" doesn't happen to him in the ankle. a very good experience! do absolutely because it is with Baumaniere the most beautiful table in the area.
What a magical evening. After crossing a magnificent terrace, we ate gastro side, facing an open kitchen, in a contemporary and very elegant setting. The staff is very pleasant and the service impeccable. As for the kitchen: it is an explosion of flavors highlighted by local products that make it a refined cuisine, light to the perfumes of the Alpilles that this talented chef reveals us with great talent.
