Le fait maison sur la base de produits frais, les frites maison, les paninis et les planches à tapas...tout est régal...plus traditionnels, les plats du jour permettent à ceux qui n'aiment pas l'ambiance hamburger de se faire frémir les papilles. Fred est un vrai chef, ses desserts étant la cerise sur le gâteau...Côté ambiance, le bar est vivant et dynamique, ambiance entretenu par un staff au taquet....en pleine campagne houdanaise, c'est un lieu très accueillant où la clientèle locale côtoie les randonneurs de passages et les parisiens en week end...bref, c'est ma cantine ...

Mon fils nous a fait découvert ce petit restaurant, et il a eu raison, car il en vaut le détour. Le patron et le serveur sont super accueillants, la cuisine est faite à la demande, la quantité est généreuse et la qualité est au rendez-vous.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
