the skier hostel is certainly one of the, if not, best restaurants in Mont-Dore. The welcome is warm, so little we have humour (yes we must love the second degree and the friendly atmosphere), and you will spend an unforgettable evening! (or many, since now I return often.) the staff is a team of affordable and very friendly people, listening, and ready to offer you the apéro if you show yourself courteous;) sincerely, they are not many for the number of covers so be patient and tolerant, because you will not be disappointed, the quality and rigor of the service being always put. From my point of view, there is little waiting between the dishes and the map is complete, with only fresh, local...

We ordered 1 pichet de rosé 50cl to wait and without knowing the cost of 14€ (!!!) without olive or chips! banal meals, tiden limit, gambas served without finger rince. Indeed we have feasted with the local specialties based on stectary. the holy nectairade and truffle are delicious and very well served. the service has been a little long, but everything is long.
the map is not up to date, the server had to be in a second state in view of its comments to all tables. despite all the fondue was good. Attention to the note, you have to check it!
