My spouse arriving to ask to see the room before paying because the hotel was not air conditioned.The lady immediately accepted. The room was cool though it made 36 outside at 5pm!!! We decided to stay and really without regret. Her work is admirable, she manages everything..seule. from breakfast to dinner, to the rooms. a great bravo.. A wonderful mood, just like her kindness. It was written that the pool closed at 8:30 but it left it open longer. This morning she even washed in vinegar the shells that my daughter has brought back from vacation and that felt terribly strong in our car!!! We had a very good time... with a couple who stayed at the week and who sang and played guitar In short...
I paid a room online, then I retracted for personal reasons, I called the manager of the establishment to explain to him, this one confirmed me well that as long as he did not validate the payment I would not be debited.... But unfortunately I was well debited I remind the manager to explain to him, but the bad time she took over by telling me that I never called (I have proof of calls) and I hung on my nose. I spent two nights in this hotel. I was warmly welcomed by Nicole the manager. Excellent and clean room, very comfortable bedding. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Possibility in summer to take breakfast on the terrace next to the pool that I specify is large and clean. There is free parking for vehicles. I had a very good stay and it's with pleasure that I'll come back and I'd like to go to the restaurant that it looks very good. (it was closed during my stay) Chapeau in Nicole who manages this hotel alone!

The establishment is a good compromise for a short stay due to its value for money and the welcome of the courageous boss. Presence of the pool for children and adults; correct equipment and neat kitchen. In this season the Twin room is too small even for two and very stifling despite the small fan provided. The narrowness leads to an opening of 70% of the window in front of the TV screen and little room for the bedsides. However, we will return in view of the proximity with the purpose of our trip.
We spent a full week in this hotel. We enjoyed Nicole's warm welcome. The bedding was very comfortable (large bed 180), the meals were delicious, mainly homemade, the pool clean and spacious. Quiet environment, on the outskirts of Agen and close to tourist sites. We recommend this hotel and we will return there with great pleasure.
A small, affordable hotel with swimming pool about ten minutes from the city centre of Agen, the managers are very friendly and attentive, the beds are very large and the kitchen is simply excellent. I see no reason not to recommend it! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
