"A lovely restaurant in the middle of no-where. Quite hard to find. On the evening we went we were the only diners which was a great shame as its a lovely place. However, the owner made us very welcomed and accommodated us very well. we went on a Wednesday evening with friends who were staying with us for a couple of days. Three of us had the langoustine starter and one had the soup - butternut squash; we all then had rack of lamb with lovely veg. We were too full to have the cheese course, and settled for the apple tart and chocolate mousse with raspberries. All lovely."

Of course, making the path of pigeons is an obligation, but what do you say to eat in one of them? this is possible in le pigeonnier: a restaurant halfway between the localities of the albi, gaillac and graulhet located, precisely, in a dove following the original structure of the building, the bunny consists of a single stay with a second floor as an interior balcony in the main dining room. Given its small size, the covers you can offer are limited, so it is advisable to book in advance, especially on weekends according to the philosophy of the place in which it is located, the decoration is discreet, but not for that reason less elegant. and that is, for me, the most curious thing to eat in le pigeonnier: to think that a restaurant of this category is among the same four walls that were, surely, covered by pee. Sorry: from the dove to the ceiling the menus start from the 16 euros (entered dessert plate, without drink) in the 42nd most rimbombante (although also without drink). the kitchen is French, prepared with ingredients from the region, and very good (although this strike: if it were not so, I would not write the corner if you want to finish the faena and eat dove in advance, do not feel it!"
