We have re-discovered this country hostel for Christmas lunch where we received a particularly warm welcome! We felt like we were welcomed to a couple of friends... with a Christmas decor full of originality and refinement. Thanks to Greth and her husband, passionate Chef for their warm welcome, for this excellent meal served in front of the fireplace.. with exceptional dishes and wines! (Truffe, foie gras, champagne and I pass)... Tribute for the malotrus who planted them with a table of 9 people not recommended and who did not have the correction to warn that they would not come! ... Finally we spent a good time that we are not to forget
The Peyssou Source is a very nice place, and we were delighted to stay there with our 18-month-old son. The very spacious and comfortable room gave us the impression of having a family suite and we also enjoyed being able to sit down and take our delicious breakfasts and dinners on the outdoor terrace, a soothing place with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Our little boy was particularly happy to go see the chickens, lambs and play with the cat! Finally, and it's almost the most important!, we were extremely well received by Grete who was always in small care for us. Thank you!
The breakfast reception the next day was fantastic. Careful, personal attention. Everything was thought out. A refreshment on arrival, a delicious dinner with a good wine and a beautiful room with all the accompaniments. In short, strongly recommended!!! Arrived a little by chance and without reservation to eat this was a real pleasure to discover this hostel, its owner welcomed us as at home I highly recommend this place but booked in advance it deserves to be allowed time to organize

Excellent meal, very friendly welcome. After her husband’s death, her widow took over the establishment of a master’s hand. Original flavours, innovative dishes in a splendid perigord setting. An address to be retained and rescheduled
We spent two nights in an excellent place with an excellent host table and a small owner.
