L'Authentique - Tisch resevieren

Travelling through the Aveyron on Dec 31 and Jan 1st, L'Authentique was one of the restaurants recommended by the staff at Hotel de France for a New Year's Eve dinner. I was able to check out the proposed menu online and made a booking by phone. Fortunately the restaurant was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel as it was freezing cold. Service was full of smiles and the restaurant was fully booked. The single menu at 49 euros allowed for 2 choices per course. A foie-gras and fig macaron served as an amuse bouche was extraordinary. Du fait maison simple et efficace, cependant la 5 ème étoile échappe.Le service, cependant, nous a bien fait sourire, faudrait-il structurer quelque peu ce dernier. Ne pas passer de la commande des apéritifs à la gamelle du chien d'à côté. Bon courage à l'équipe.

Très bon accueil ,cuisine maison et d'excellents petits plats mijotées. A ne pas rater, un arrêt qui vaut la peine à un prix plus que correct. Belle deco jusqu'au toilette, impeccable . A bientôt .Bernard et Soraya de Marseille.

Si vous aimez le sucré salé, ça va même si les sauces ne sont pas à tomber (avis perso) et sinon si vous avez vraiment faim oublier parce qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à manger pour le prix ! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Très bonne expérience d un soir. Tarte dans l assiette, moelleux au chocolat, rien à redire.Accueil ok de a à z.
