Firstly, when dining with children, the choice of starters was limited. Only two portions of the smoked salmon pancake were available, which was disappointing as six people wanted it. The diners who had the chicory salad and artichoke were satisfied with their dishes. The main courses (seabass and halibut) were tasty and there was enough for everyone in the group. The presentation of the dishes was excellent. The desserts were also very good. However, there were a few factors that led me to mark this restaurant down. This restaurant is a complete scam! Do not even consider going there! We had made a reservation by phone for lunch on December 25th (Christmas lunch) that we had to cancel. We called them the day before to let them know, so that they could free up the table for someone else. The waitress on the phone was rude, yelling at us and demanding a cancellation fee of £50! There was no mention of a fee when we made the reservation, nor did we receive an email confirming the booking or any conditions.
