Service was very bad. Today was $5 deal day, I went to Oakville from Milton to get shawarma for my family but when I reach there ,the person said I can get only one shawarma for $5 deal. I was very disappointed. He said if want to get shawarma for family of 6 person then all 6 person should be there so he can give me 6 shawarma. Otherwise I need to buy on regular price, i didn't understand that what's the point to celebrate $5 deal shawarma day. Very disappointed with the behaviour of the cashier. And when I reach home and check there was no sauce in this bag.
Pretty sure I got mild food poisoning from this place. First off the mild spice level would be considered hot anywhere else, almost made my wrap inedible. Got nausea and stomach issues immediately after eating the chicken shawarma wrap and had it for an entire day, to the point where I didn’t eat anything after it for more than 24 hours. I think Lazeez is generally poor quality but because this one made me ill I won’t be back to this restaurant or any other Lazeez restaurants.
I ordered two Shawarma wraps for delivery. One was fine, but the other was missing any chicken—literally, no chicken at all! It was overloaded with lettuce and garlic sauce instead. It was inedible. I tried calling three times at 8 PM, but there was no answer, even though they are open until 10 PM. If you're looking for better Shawarma options in Oakville, I recommend Shawarma Royale and Montfort, both on Iroquois Shore Road. See photos for reference.
I had the greatest experience at the Trafalgar location! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my order. The food was delicious, it came out very quickly and even after I had ordered, management came to make sure that I was okay and enjoying my food. I eat at Lazeez quite often, and this location consistently offers the best quality chicken. It has become my go-to spot. There's also an employee named Aman who goes out of his way to remember my very specific order and always gets it right. I don’t even have to ask anymore!
I went here on Glendale Ave in St. Catharines for the first time and I was so impressed with the portion and price. I got the chicken shawarma platter and it was super delish! I found this to be better than osmows. Very flavorful! Highly recommended! ??
