Another great moment spent at your table! Everything is there, Cuisine, Service and perfect atmosphere. All you have to do is let yourself be guided by Luc, Delphine and their team to enjoy a perfect pairing between the dishes offered and the wines that will accompany them. We will be happy to come back and spend a good time in your establishment which we can only recommend to epicureans. Thanks to the whole team ! PS: After reading the recent “punitive” comments, and finding myself at the table nearby that day, I think that asking for respect and consideration, without having a sample on you, is devoid of common sense... Respect your next and you will be surprised at the result.
A very nice moment in a warm setting. The dishes are simple and effective with a perfect preparation execution, including the burger of duck with truffle that was perfect. A beautiful diversity of wine with glass and a beautiful selection of wine with bottle. Small less for service not living enough and a dessert card a little light. In short, I would certainly go back with friends to share a good bottle around a good meal or the opposite
pleasant decoration, interesting map but with the surprise to find some metal pieces of the kitchen equipment in my entrance (although billed despite the creamy cut offered.) the very (too) sweet pork stock (the craftsmen will have their opinion on the question), a pre-cooked roasted cod warmed in cassolette. a dessert billed twice. short, not sure to come back even if on the chalon scale it remains a rather attractive place
An establishment as we like them: a passionate boss, an adorable cook, a place decorated with taste and personality. Go there with your eyes closed, you will benefit from the boss's expert advice on wine and the dishes are imagined and created with taste. A great meeting and a great time. Thank you
Nous nous sommes rendus hier dans ce restaurant et comme d’habitude c’était excellent. Des plats faits maison et beaucoup plus qualitatifs que ce qu’on peut manger sur Chalon. Équipe très agréable
