Le 14 - Tisch reservieren

Longue hésitation entre un trois et un quatre sur cinq. C'est le grand problème avec tripadvisor! Cela mérite plus que 10 mais moins que 14.Tout d'abord nous avons mangé à 4 dans la pièces à droite en entrant et l'avons trouvé assez (pour ne pas dire plus) bruyante.Le cadre est classique. PAs de plafond vouté ou de murs en pierre apparente, dommage!Concernant l'apéritif, nous avons trouvé que les prix au verre étaient quelques peu élevé. L'apértif maison à 6€ tout de même! Et nous sommes donc partie sur une bouteille de blanc pour 4, un bon choix en côte de gascogne!Au niveau du repas lui même, nous sommes 2 à avoir opté pour le 1er menu à 19€ et nos conjointes pour celui du dessus à 29€.Cho...

We were wandering around Le Puy looking for somewhere to eat. Found lots of places offering crepes /pizza and other tourist fare. Stumbled across this restaurant and, because we were worried it was late in the day (after 8pm) we went in, even though there was only one other table occupied. SO glad we did. Fantastic food, served really well, with attention, but not fussyiness. The food was amazingly delicious and the waiters (who may have been more than waiters) were attentive and watchful. They helped with the pronunciation of drinks we wanted to try (gentian and verveine both local specialities) without making a fuss (which we hate). Aperitifs, three courses plus wine, coffee and a digestiv...

Peut-être y a-t-il un peu de laisser aller dans ce restau? Mes parents étaient venus l'an dernier et avaient été ravis mais nous y sommes repassés cette année et l'expérience n'était pas du tout la même!Premier point négatif: on entre dans la salle et il y fait plus chaud qu'en extérieur (30°C) et pas d'aération autre que la porte ouverte (une autre cliente s'est même sentie mal!). Second point négatif: pas de carte alors que le contraire est indiqué sur le site. Et pas d'options végétariennes dans les menus. Heureusement que les serveurs sont arrangeants. Cependant nous avions demandé un plat sans champignons pour une amie difficile et l'assiette est arrivée... avec les champignons! Le rest...

I struggled to find places in Le Puy that could confidently cater for gluten free diners but this spot was wonderful. Waiter was very confident and checked with the kitchen straight away what I could and couldn't have. The food was delicious and great value. I would highly recommmend this restaurant, for GF and for everyone else.

Came here with 10 friends for lunch. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the food was exceptional. 21 or 29 euro set menus: foie gras, gazpacho, steaks, fish risotto...and lentils of course! Stunning puddings too. I'd love to come back.
