My wife and I stayed at Chateau Saint Martin for 5 nights with both of our adult daughters, one son-in-law and one grandson. our other son in law was unable to make the trip bc he plays in the NFL and they had camp. We had one regular room in the main hotel and a 2BR villa on the hillside. We had a wonderful time. The staff is fabulous. Our house manager/butlers were Alex and Max (they alternated). The service by these two guys was beyond believable. They organized all of our transportation(including helicopter to and from the hotel to the F1 race in Monte Carlo), all dinners, as well as helping my older daughter with her 4month old baby, who she was breastfeeding. It's excellent but points are to be revisited in the service especially of bread, especially at the time of cheese, where it was necessary to wait very long while we were served in cheese to have bread, and a poor little slicer. We had to ask again and wait again. At each swallowed sip we came to serve but we spent almost all the meal without bread! For dishes, however, nothing to say.
Went here for lunch and dinner on seperate days. Stunning restaurant and menu. Had the set menu, Saint Martin, and a La carte. Food was sublime, fantastic fresh produce. Only slight miss was the dessert. Very worth the trip. Staff were fantastic. Special shout out to Maxim who made the night wonderful, he is a credit to the establishment.
Exceptional place impeccable service, gourmet instinct menu really very well, if this is the dessert that I did not at all like personal taste) the olives and the tapenade took all the taste of this chocolate dessert, mixed very surprising, damage.

Very good cooking! Many different shipments with the St Martin menu. Extra frame! Great time spent on holiday in Vence.
