Avis – CGH Résidences Spas Les Granges du Soleil – La Plagne Nous avons séjourné aux Granges du Soleil, une résidence annoncée comme 4 étoiles, mais la prestation ne correspond clairement pas à ce standing. L’appartement est vétuste et manque cruellement de finitions. La salle de bain est très rudimentaire, sans étagères ni rangements, ce qui est peu pratique pour un séjour à la montagne. La douche présente des joints jaunis, donnant une impression de manque d’entretien, et le sèche-serviettes en métal est dangereux, on peut facilement se brûler au contact. La vue est également décevante : nous avions demandé une vue montagne, et nous nous sommes retrouvés face à un mont de neige, sans réel...
Une semaine de ski en famille sur la période la plus chargée des vacances donc location à prix d’or… assez déçu au global : appartement peu fonctionnel avec propreté médiocre : couettes et oreillers tâches, tissus d’ameublement et couvres lits n’inspirant pas confiance, meubles en bois style traditionnel chalet très encombrants. Gros point noir sur les équipements piscine/ spa : la piscine chauffée à 28 semble glaciale même aux plus téméraires, on se gèle !!! Hamamm et sauna pas vraiment clean et très (trop) fréquentés Résidence sur plusieurs niveaux : l’enneigement nécessitait de prendre plusieurs ascenseurs et de traverser par les parkings : très très glauque. We had booked a couple weeks in advance as a group of 13. We arrived at 7 when only one other group was there but did not receive starters until 8. We all got mains about 9 but fondue did not arrive until 9:10, it seemed like the fondue had been left for some time as one had a layer of water and bread in it, one was somehow melted cheese but cold they also forgot the meat to go with it. It was a very disappointing meal and was not worth the price we paid. We complained and the ‘apology‘ was taking one fondue off the bill.

The quality of the dishes is very good and very regular, the very well-kept presentation, the staff and the boss are very welcoming and in small care. the chef makes well maintained, sought-after and delicious dishes. we have been coming for several years and have known the owners and previous teams. undoubtedly, an excellent address to the swan that improves over time, like good wine, and that really deserves to be discovered.

Es war schon mal um Einiges besser. Der Service ist freundlich , da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir hatten ein Käsefondue, das leider nicht nach Käse sondern nach Senf schmeckte. Man bestätigte uns Senf hinzugefügt zu haben . Alles ok , aber eigen sollte ein Käsefondue nach Käse schmecken ??? Mein Mann hat das Lamm genommen. Das war ok , aber nichts Besonderes. Wir waren dort das letzte Mal vor zwei Jahren . Das Essen war erheblich besser
