my 4/5 rating is a fine hair but once again tripadvisor does not make it easy for us to pass through a good way and forget the good. my note would be more than 3.5 because if we have a good gastronomic moment there are when mme things say. to ignite the context we were looking for a nice place of high kitchen to pass nol which is not simple to find many restaurants ferms.) having an apartment on aix the baths and wishing to move us foot there was no plthore of choice and on the website of 59 we find a menu 7 courses 120. We send an email to connatrate the composition of the menu because only the main ingrdients did not believe fat, salmon, st jacques, langoustines, caviar, buf august return...
We had dinner for my birthday and we were happy. excellent rosé champagne, perfect palate, fabulous entrances (shadow and asparagus), exquisite dishes (veau and saint jacques), desserts not too soft and sought after, light mignardises. Come on, an apartment because you have to find something good: there was no more chablis or puppy, damage and decay was banal. has the height of his reputation, no doubt and the place is just lazy as it is and especially not as guinated as what one might think. We'll be back on another occasion!

Very nice address in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains! TOP service, refined cuisine, cosy atmosphere. The only flat: the menu map of the website that is not up to date compared to that of the restaurant. Little frustration.
Fortunately, the refinement of the dishes compensates for the mediocrity of the service (an unpleasant server and another team of an impossible mask has understood.)
It is always a pleasure to come to this restaurant; very nice setting, nice staff and especially plates that delight your taste buds. an address you must have.
