Enchanted by this Couarde bistro on the Sea! The staff is so kind and smiling from the booking to the cashing, they know to be at the customer's disposal. I was able to book a small table inside for a person while the restaurant was full with a team lady who was able to satisfy my request. Arriving at the restaurant, I'm kindly offered a table outside for the end of my meal, which I found adorable. They even lent me a fan! the card is efficient, varied and full of surprising and bold flavors. I took the oysters n°3, the lacquered veal cheek (unbelievable) and dessert, the fishing pad and the chocolate ganache, everything was perfect and tasted. I didn't expect to eat the best of my life on Re Island! Everything was at the top of the dessert entrance, both at the service level and the gustative quality. The map changes regularly, the terrace is intimate, the inside of the cocoon, the ultra fresh ingredients. As a bonus, nice wine card. I recommend that the eyes be closed. No dessert pictures, eat too fast ;

Very good table, cooked and well crafted. I enjoyed it. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Restaurant located in the center of La Couarde, will delight gourmets in search of cuisine halfway between bistronomic and gastronomic. Nice frame. Try without hesitation.

Ballistic restaurant in the heart of Couarde. The setting is very pleasant with terraced tables. The welcome is super hot and the dishes are greedy and the very correct portions. The price is high but in the middle island it is worth a visit.

We had a very pleasant time! A warm welcome, a card that makes you want, an incredible calf and tasty gambas... A continuity dessert! And all this in a beautiful setting! We recommend a good evening!
