I've known the yassa in Senegal 18 years ago and I'm an expert in his preparation, after every person in his way of doing it but there's still a common base. That's why when I learned the existence of the baobab I immediately wanted to test it!some done in April 2016 with a mafia for my friend and of course a yassa for me, the welcome is normal and the fast food is clean!For the quality of the dishes I would say it's not bad but without more and especially the amount is not at the rendezvous, I'm a good cook
here all dishes are fresh, extra fresh even as they come out of the freezer. for sauce dishes, it can still go but the grilled daurade has not appreciated too much: dry and floury texture of course with such treatment. we haven't had any entries because devalued the day before!!! not the time to freeze since certainly. rice, the only cooked dish of the day was dry too.It is on, it is better than a fast food American but there we leave very far culinary question.
not bad for a snack, original and the dishes are not bad the ratio quality price could be improved, otherwise the reception is really nice the atmosphere too it just has to lower the prices a bit and it will earn a little point.
facing the enthusiasm for Japanese restaurants and other buffets at will, what a pleasure to have next to home a restaurant that offers Afro specialities. It's a treat and luc, the boss, is really adorable.
