This place is small, so don't count on being able to 'dine in'. You order at the counter then try to find a place to squeeze into. The employee who took our order was nice, personable, and welcoming.I went for lunch with a coworker and everything we had was great. Tried each type of taco. Brisket was definitely #1 and chicken was under seasoned. Make sure to eat these FAST because they are very juicy so if you let them sit too long they will make the taco soggy and fall apart. Ribs were delicious and smoked well (had the smoke ring) but definitely needed the BBQ sauce for dipping because they were a bit dry. Nous sommes passé devant ce resto à plusieurs reprises en se disant que nous devrions l'essayer, c'est ce que nous avons enfin fait aujourd'hui et nous avons été agréablement surpris. Les portions sont de bonne taille et tout était délicieux. Mon mari et mon fils ont pris le burger BBQ cheddar et moi j'ai pris la poutine au poulet jerk, tout simplement délicieux, j'aurais apprécié un peu plus de poulet dans la poutine mais sinon nous y retournerons c'est certain. L'endroit est assez petit par contre mais c'est très bien.
Love this little place! I had the tacos and my lunch mate had ribs plus onion rings. The ribs came with extra bbq sauce which was much appreciated (since we like it saucy) and the onion rings have to be the best in the city! I had three tacos- pork, chicken and brisket. I liked the brisket the best. Service was a bit slow but it was lunch hour with one person down so things were swamped. Many things to try, so we will be back!
It smells so good when you walk in there... it's a tiny place.I am a total meat lover so I found that the food was good. I also found that the price was a bit high for what I actually got in my plate. Try to eat your take-out as soon as possible because items such has the pulled pork sandwich or the jerk chicken sandwich will have wet or soggy bread before you can enjoy your meal.
Sommes allés après l'heure du lunch pour essayer la poutine traditionnelle. Superbe assemblage de frites, de vrai sauce à Poutine et non BBQ et de vrai fromage. Il ne reste plus qu'à ajouter du poivre et déguster une vrai Poutine qui se compare à ce qui se fait de mieux dans là région des Bois-Francs ( Victoriaville, Plessisville).
La nourriture est excellente, mais le service laisse à désirer. Le temps d'attente est beaucoup trop élevé pour un fast food (15 à 30 minutes) et les locaux sont beaucoup trop petits. Je recommande pour la bouffe, mais pas pour le reste.
Stopped for dinner and decided to have the Club sandwich and an order of fries. Food was delicious and a great value for the quantity of food. Will definitely eat here again in the near future.
Small little resto/ take out. The poutine were very good. The burger was ok, maybe just not for our taste. I would go back for the poutine.
Finally some good finger food in Gatineau! The prices are good and the service is fast. There is a great beer selection as well
