Quiet. What a beautiful place, which could take the atmosphere of another time, beautiful place in its holistic context, a small place, great in the generosity of tastes. Time stops the space for a moment, a little as if we were at home in the intimate aspect of the self, and elsewhere but always close to oneself. We went there the first time with my father on a Wednesday in June, who no longer had the taste of eating in a good restaurant, was surprised by the quality of meat, cooking and accompaniment. It was a nice surprise. The second time in November, we knew, but the surprise of flavors is always...a surprise! So the next time I visit my father, we will go, a little like a ritual, share...
