The kitchen is made with fresh products, in the plate, it is better to take a menu or a dish and a dessert because the plate is very little garnished. For vegetarians, they didn't go to this restaurant, except for the mushroom crust, there's nothing else. The price is very high for what is in the plate. For the children there was fish or blue cord; when we ordered, there was no blue cord (in the room, there were only my two children as a child) then it was chopped steak, I find it desolating. For my part, I'm not going anywhere. In fact their products are reported by the ab logo but we pay the price strong. I also find that they have increased their prices well over the years.
We took advantage of going along the dubs in this beautiful autumn day, the season to which we can admire the river, the leaves of the trees having fallen. When we arrived at Saint-Hippolyte we saw the sign of the beautiful view, and park squares next to it. The welcome was very warm, and the creamy of pink alsace served in pretty glasses was excellent. The carp frying and beef tartar (cut with the knife, of very good quality) were served quickly. We do not regret our halt, and we will certainly stop again in a next passage.
The hotel room that we stayed in (room looked dated but well well appointed, clean and very functional. Hair dryer works. Shower works (not always the case with French plumbing) with plenty of hot water and plenty of pressure. Cannot complain about...anything. The restaurant was excellent. Nothing more to say. Will certainly return!

The service is perfect and as planned when you come to the restaurant. Others should be inspired. The kitchen with local and local ingredients never disappoints. The wine map is superb. And to finish the atmosphere is warm inside and the terrace in summer overlooking the river is beautiful.
We spent two days there. Everything was perfect. excellent table we have feasted with refined dishes of the level of a very good gourmet restaurant. Bravo to the chief and to the whole of the small waitress very smiling with a lot of humor) who is always listening to the slightest detail.
excellent reception, reasonable card, despite many frozen, especially desserts, but far too expensive for a quite ordinary cuisine, without research. Accompaniment of dishes more than succinct, really the minimum, lack of fantasy and idea.
