In a small village of Beaujolais, nice surprise in this restaurant that does not pay for mine: The floating island of the sea is surprising with its egg mollet in its cocoon.... Le feuilleté aux scargots .... excellent and.... So, the dessert.... the top! The beautiful Hélène pear revisited... it's worth a visit!!!! To advise without moderation. Following our request for a menu on the truffle of the aperitif to dessert, Mr VAILLANT and his team had carte blanche to treat us. This was the case and even beyond our expectations.All was from the presentation to the flavor of the dishes (what a treat! including the quality of service. We will come back with another theme.
