This restaurant is actually called "La Table de Mina" and is located inside the Bergeries de Palombaggia resort. We tried this restaurant as we were staying in thehotel during our honeymoon - we ended up dining there 3 nights in a row. The food is absolutely amazing - combining very high quality Corsican meats and produce with haute cuisine invention, like mixing tartare Corsican veal and oysters - surprising as it sounds the result was delicious. The service is pretty good to excellent, with a good knowledge of the restaurant wine list, and the overall experience is close to a Michelin-started restaurant, with a sea view.

Dieses Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer aber es ist sein Geld auch wert. Die Vorspeisen 30.-, Hauptspeißen ab 30.- Wir haben hier aber zweimal hervorragend gegessen. Kalbstartar mit Austernsoße, Lammhüfte, Profiteroles um nur ein Teil zu nennen. Das Tagesmenü war uns viel zu viel, sodaß wir uns beim zweiten Mal nur einen Hauptgang bestellt haben um noch eine Nachspeise essen zu können.
the only place you will finally feel alone in the world in high season! place unknown and yet that deserves to be known. everything is excellent from entry to dessert, prices are affordable for a gourmet and the view is breathtaking. The service is up to it.
For a relay and castle we found the dinner rather average.So yes well on the dishes remain refined and well presented but at the level of taste, nothing exceptional.
