Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes ce samedi 13/11, nous sommes arrivée pour 00h00 histoire d'être la le plus tôt pour commencer une bonne soirée. Or le videur n'a pas accepté 1 des personne, sur notre groupe de 5. Malgré le fait qu'elle est sa pièce d'identité physique, 22 ans, et qu'elle soit non alcoolisé. De plus nous avons déjà était clients 3/4 fois dans l'établissement. Jamais nous n'avons rencontré de soucis. Nous n'avons pas compris le refus. Nous avons demander la raison légitime de ce refus. Le videur n'a absolument pas su nous répondre et divaguait sur le fait qu'il choisissait qui il voulait voir rentrer, et qu'il ne voulait pas la voir rentrer malgré sa pièce d'identité, son...

Very rude staff behind the bar. It was raining outside, we were with 2 babies, and we have been waiting outside for more than 30 mins to get a seat. We understand it was busy because of braderie de Lille, so the waiting was fine. However, when the rain became heavier , the kind but over worked male staff outside told us that we can go inside which was completely empty, but the lady behind the bar told us to get out again into the rain after we just carried heavy trolleys upstairs by ourselves. Musiques et personal sympa (y comprit le videur) mais par rapport au Happy, moins de place pour danser et trop de lumière. Achtung : bestimmte Kunden peu recommandables et lourds font mine de danser avec vous et d'être tactiles pour vous voler vos armbänder, chaînes et fouiller votre sac sans que vous vous en apercevez. J'en ai fait les frais.
