Very good restaurant, the cuisine is excellent and the prices really good, my wife has taken the tagliatelle foie gras mushrooms, and ben for 12, 50e c is really exceptional and so good. The boss is Zen and really nice. You can close your eyes. And gourmet coffee desserts are homemade!
The Bilboquet make then best pizzas in Magagnosc, in the Alpes Maritimes and, in my opinion, set the standard for thin crust pizzas wherever we go in the world. The service is sometimes idiosyncratic but that makes the experience that much more memorable.
Very nice and welcoming staff well cooked pizza rather well garnished duck magret well cooked pity than for the steak tartare it lacked capers. pear digestif well dosed dessert for my part rather well tiramisu)
