While passing through Verdun we stopped at the Elo bistro given the fairly positive reviews on the quality of the cuisine. Unfortunately we must have had a bad day and were disappointed after disappointment. As a main course we chose the “Charolais filet filet accompanied by Touquet rats” The low temperature cooking of the meat was good. The meat itself was not up to par...we spent too long periods of chewing. The cooking of the Touquet rats was poor, it is a magnificent product which demands respect, unfortunately it was served to us reheated, it was unpleasant in the mouth (dry and floury). This dish is 28€ and is not worth it. Be careful when we come to you it is for the know-how in showcasing the products. This dish is a failure in our opinion.
