Saw the reviews so booked about a week in advance, looked a nice atmospheric French bistro, when we arrived the guy had no record of our booking, which surprised us as we had been sending messages back and forth to arrange the booking, which was...our last night of the holiday. He found a table for us. We both ordered Cabillaud a la Provancale and a carafe of sauvignon blanc, unfortunately the wine never turned up but the food did, so I reordered the wine. After the first fork full it was obvious the dish had been pre preped and put in the fridge, then reheated, it was barely warm, we asked for it to be reheated, it returned several minutes later, this time both our meals were warm in parts...
A slightly fattier fish and chips than before. Very disappointed by the service which did not meet expectations in terms of responsiveness, we even decided not to have dessert as the wait was endless.
