We had an incredible lunch at Le Bistrot à Huîtres. We did not have a reservation but luckily, there was a table available for our late lunch. We both ate the seafood with pasta which was made with a sublime pesto sauce! At the end of the lunch service the cook came out and spoke to the patrons. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly, and I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.
We were a little reluctant to make a seafood restaurant in the mulhouse. Usually you prefer bets or bretagne. What a pleasant surprise, super fresh, incredible recipes like the rake of the seafood sauce to fall and excellent desserts. very good choice of wine to accompany. favor two meals because adding to the height of quality. More than the sea view.
We've been coming to this restaurant for a few years. During our last visit, we did not find the same finesse in the dishes. The accompaniments (riz and risotto) much too salty, the dishes did not have this peps that we knew. As for the waitress, she forgot to smile at the dressing room.
