We had an incredible lunch at Le Bistrot à Huîtres. We did not have a reservation but luckily, there was a table available for our late lunch. We both ate the seafood with pasta which was made with a sublime pesto sauce! At the end of the lunch service the cook came out and spoke to the patrons. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly, and I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.
For several years, my work of professional time has not transported me to Mulhouse. This restaurant was for me the symbol of a perfect equation between fresh gourmet products, neat service and smiling welcome. It is important to note that as good wine, Bistrot in Huitres remains a safe value of French gastronomy... Magnificent, bravo... The bouillabaisse remains a must...
In Cannes there are quite a few tourist traps in terms of restaurants (fast food disguised as cuisine). This is not one of them. If you plan to visit you should try fish cooked in a bed of salt. It's excellent.
Excellent service, smiling waitress and pleasant. Fresh products. A delicious entrance and a perfect seafood tray. To do and do again! Very good address!
The rates on the site are not up to date. It's not very honest! Finally 32 euros on site per person sacred difference when we are numerous.
Great dinner! Me and my family enjoyed our evening at the bistrot very much. Nice atmosphere and polite staff. The food was impeccable.
