When Mediterranean cuisine merges with Japanese cuisine, it gives IPPON and I was blown away! My God, what seasonings and combinations of subtle creativity in the chosen dishes! And to tell you the truth, I even made a small deviation from my budget line by asking for extra cheese just to taste the Apricot-Harissa condiment that accompanied it: This combination is surprising, really!
