Simply wonderful food in the little village of Beynost, right by the train station. It's not overly frou frou cuisine, but carefully made, well executed, and presented with a solid confidence, no showiness. It's an unpretentious and somewhat utilitarian interior, but Cote Gare's modest decor belies an excellent menu. My colleagues and I were there on a quiet Thursday evening and started off with convivial drinks (a pastis for me) they offered a nice selection of local brews on tap. Patrick our man from the hotel told us about this restaurant and he was right it is very good , near the railway station and the parking is easy , you will have to go a long way to find better than cote Gare , food outstanding and service to die for , it’s a must visit if your in the area

This modern, small restaurant has a wonderful menu that showcases the fresh produce available with each course. The waiter had limited English but went to a lot of effort to explain to us about the menu. Very enjoyable dining experience

Quite a limited choice but freshly-prepared. The entrees and desserts are more interesting than the main courses but it is all well-prepared.
