simple but effective kitchen. Good value for money.I regretted seeing customers getting turned back while places were available (the flea?)viande of unstable tenderness. and kitchen more than suitable (I am a former cooker.) the service could be improved. Lack of staff in the room that is at risk at the hotel. (I saw a customer getting dumped dryly from the restaurant because: "not the time for coffees today". almost mandatory booking not to be repressed. That's gonna give you the term... that's a shame. The kitchen is important but does not do everything!

I've been having lunch for several times at the ripe bistro that never disappointed me.The last time I was able to taste their calf head that's a treat and I was able to eat veal strawberry, which I haven't eaten for more than 25 years, since the triperies have disappeared since chandeliers where I live on the coast of azur. the portions have generous and if you want to eat this dish you have to order it in advance. red meats are also recommended.
