A restaurant I've known since its opening more than 30 years ago, so for me these walls are filled with memory. Le Bistrot de Nicolas : Bon Accueil, a priori un resto familial ,une carte simplifié mais je compris car c'est de la cuisine avec des produits frais du moment. It's very well cooked and very good. Excellent restaurant. Change of owner 9 months ago. Before it was good, but it's exquisite. Refined kitchen, neat presentation, pleasant treat. Three dishes commissioned three simple but delicious dishes, cod back, knife beef tartar and tasting plate. Everything was good and beautiful. Congratulations to the cook
