We had some wonderful meals in Le Candille this fall and are in love with the hotel and restaurant. The food and service is top notch, and the surroundings – with the lights of Grasse, which sparkle over the valley of the windows, is magical. We especially loved a Cep-Pilz-Ravioli starter with a smooth estragon sauce. I'm still trying to figure out how to replicate the court. My important other favorite was a scallop dish that together a earthy cream style cachaça sauce, an Asian bean and some of the most buttery big scallops he had ever eaten! The terrace at Mas Candille is lovely, and we have dined there several times before. The view is lovely, and the ambiance is perfect. We took guests there last night, having not been there since the start of the pandemic, we were looking forward...to returning and perhaps a glorious sunset to end the day. The weather did not offer the sunset, but the terrace was still lovely. We got a warm welcome from the valet parker and the reception desk and shown to a lovely table with comfortable chairs. we had the most beautiful dinner and evening in le bistrot du mas. the restaurant is located in a hotel that offers a very impressive entrance with the scene for a fabulous evening. there are parking possibilities and the car valet was thanked enough to drive our car to a lower level to pick us up when we left as I have a problem with my knee. this additional amount of service / friendliness has been appreciated. the location of the restaurant terrace is beautiful with a fantastic view. the food was very good and the service was excellent and attentive while it remained friendly and relaxed. the only disadvantage was that we could not secure any further reservation during our holiday. next y...
This is a charming deluxe restaurant which is the main restaurant for the wonderful La Mas Candille hotel. It is all outside dining (during the Summer) on a delightful terrace with beautiful views over Grasse. The menu has creative dishes to cater for a wide...range of tastes. All were delicious. They have a very good sommelier who offers a wide ranges of wines by the glass and also from an extensive wine list covering all price ranges. Service is relaxed but attentive. We ate here three times and all were excellent. Well done to the whole team

the menu was very simple, usually meat dishes and no creative gloom. I don't see how this place has a Michelin star. we ordered a cheese shield and some fish. the cheese plate was the worst cheese plate I had. in America I have a much more creative, and that was in France!
We spent 2 days in this wonderful place Quiet and peaceful dream frame with jaccusis in the middle of nature Restaurant excellent staff very pleasant Superb room We are delighted with our stay and hope to return very soon
this is located on a beautiful terrace with views of the Mougins valley. eating and service were amazing. beautiful presentation of each dish and the quality of the food was excellent.
A nice time. The just perfect restaurant. The SPA is a pure wonder. Thanks to the little hands the care was very pleasant. Our just beautiful room.

Everything's great. Maybe a lack of indoor infrastructure for swimming pool space in winter.
