Found it by accident walking in the city. They have great croutons (toasted bread) with different toppings to choose from. All ingredients very fresh and the amount is great for the price you pay. Very nice location - in a lively city square. Came back the next day to try a different crouton and if I come back to Toulouse in the future this place is one to go back to.
