Le Bistrot du Pecheur

A ‘Terrible’ rating because of: 1. Poor service 2. Poor food 3. Completely oblivious to any form of customer consideration Staying in the village for a week, we tried a few of the restaurants close by our hotel. We had been to Le Bistrot du Pêcheur earlier on in the week and had a very enjoyable meal in the, then, busy sea-front restaurant. It’s Saturday night and as was good first-time around, we decided to re-visit. This time, restaurant is empty. Other restaurants up and down the street are busy. We ask for a table next to the beach. The only two people is 'reserved '. The other tables next to the sea are laid for four people. We asked twice, making it clear that we would like to sit next...

We tried all the restaurants close to the Pinarellu Beach and we decided that this is the best place to eat. The service is the best in town , the prices are little bit lower than to their neighbors (but not low! and the fish is fresh.

We ate here three times on a recent visit to Pinarellu, twice from the fixed price menu. We enjoyed all our food, in particular the Sanglier and the panna cotta. Worth a visit though quite exposed when the wind is blowing.

Nothing very special but friendly , good atmosphere location. Went twice, first visit better as often seems the case. Best dishes were different risottos

Great fish place, great location, but staff cant speak English, nor does the restaurant have an English menu :
