we stumbled over this hidden gem on a family holiday in the nearby village lesconil. we had not booked, but the personal was not a bit hesitant to sit with our four little children right away. I can't explain how delicious this is. or how nice the waiting staff is. it is enough to say that there was not one morsel left on the teller of another. there was no 'pomme frite' in sight and we were thrilled that our children enjoyed a healthy meal. make you like one and visit this restaurant while in the opposite 't regret it!
Found this restaurant by accident! It is after all set in a car park (nicely placed under trees) and linked to a 2 star hotel..... The food and service however are definitely 5 . Best meal we had during our two week stay. Large selection...of ALa Carte and a good reasonably priced set menu with large choice selection. Highly recommend the fettuccine and langoustines in a lobster sauce. Delicious
in a tree lined place in the heart of pont l’abbe, this was a wonderful foundation. we have eaten twice here, both of us paint outside when the weather was perfect. very friendly service and excellent eating were the longoustines especially delicious. good wine selection too much...a few not French weine, not so often in frank and very cheap prices. a total worth a visit.
We stumbled across this restaurant when Pont L'Abbe and surrounds seemed to be tucked up for the night at 8pm. What a find. attached to a 2* hotel Le Tour d'Auvergne it offered fine dining standard food, an extensive menu including lobster, oysters, Lamb with...Tonka bean sauce. Everything was well cooked and presented. Service was friendly and charming
