More than 20 years that we come to holy maxim and 3 years that we have discovered the bistro paul bert and that we return there every year with our three children and always with the same pleasure . fine and tasty dishes, excellent desserts (a small weakness of the whole family for the mellow to the chestnut). A simple and warm atmosphere and a chef who is very attentive to the well-being of his clients and who strives to make discover his universe. and above all a serious one that has not varied over these three years what is rather rare and very appreciable.a great bravo and next year.
we went to dinner twice in this restaurant of saint-maxime and our satisfaction was out. prices are quite reasonable. the map is varied and well built. The dishes are very well made, sought without being too complex or pompous (like in many restaurants here.) the wine map is well provided, you can even taste very large bottles, coherence is not always perfect, but it is nice to find good wines, even very good wines in this kind of establishment. the staff is very pleasant and comprehension. In short, a restaurant I recommend in all reports.

on holiday to holy maxim we have dinner in this restaurant or the cuisine and very refined. A little long service, staff a little overwhelmed.
