back to lavender blue for a birthday lunch, 24 guests including 3 children. the chef and the room staff were able to perfectly manage the concomitant service, perfect success especially for 12 hot blows to the great marnier (which I recommend warmly), certainly not easy for the chef to have them all ready at the same time, lobster salads with citrus were well provided in crustaceous, the back of excellent turbot - brief, once again, a great satisfaction, and the kindness of the welcome. This is now more than we go to this restaurant, and every time it's the same, perfect cuisine at any point, excellent desserts, which is not so common. however welcome to review we have never felt comfortable in this restaurant (the impression of not being part of the sought after clientele), a somewhat limited server .... but good, the quality of the kitchen makes it forgive this.

c is good, aggressive.In my senses the server is not good or bad mood. For example, in sandings like this, when the cheese trolley arrives, the cheese is briefly explained. He should even explain or the cheeses we are starving and by whom. c is that being a server in a well-known establishment in my sense.Other things but this is the main one.

a dinner in love where the chef has been able to share his passion for fine refined dishes and presented in a very beautiful way. we highly recommend this address if you would like to make a little fun.
Very good reception but the vegetables that accompany the fish were not cooked and the biscuit of hard dessert as stone... environment a little to give up. I can do better.
