The hotel is very well but lacks some details/quality for a 5*. We came to 3 friends 4 days in August, and we had very hot in the room ... it is a bit unpleasant at night and disappointing for a hotel of this standing. The rooms lack a small refreshment (ceiling sheet and bathtub not practical) Breakfast is very well as the bar. The spa is very well but a little wider accessibility in the evening (from 8am to 8pm) would be more pleasant. The billiards are paid ... The location is ideal. Overall the stay was good, only flats the rooms that are very hot and can benefit from a refreshment/refrosting.
We have been coming to Blizzard for 20 years in the winter, and for three years we have spent a week in the summer. It is for us the best mountain hotel, from far away. What is unbelievable is that over time there is no decline in service or quality or hospitality. It’s great warm luxury, never ostentatious, with a human magic, as I have rarely seen in a hotel. We are marvelled every time, and yet we know, we start sad to leave this haven of peace every time.
superb restaurant, we went to lunch, then dinner, a real pleasure. Too bad desserts are on the map at night. those of the noon were delicious, less loved the finger. The rest is beautiful! Thanks to the team

great place, we enjoyed ourselves, the frame is beautiful, the staff at the top, again thank you to the team when our daughter lost her tooth ... ops! It's a great pleasure every time
