After looking up the information the gentleman brought me the food I ordered and told me to get well soon. Very nice. I ordered beef and chicken patties and cashew tablets. Despite the shortcomings in customer service, you should definitely plan to visit, but make sure to arrive early (before 12 or 1 PM) to avoid long lines and to secure parking for a bit. Additionally, their credit card processing machine tends to go down occasionally, in which case they will direct you to an ATM that charges a hefty $3.75 per transaction. This means you'll end up paying a 10% surcharge on a $30 order, as I experienced on my last visit.

The bread was warm when it arrived, and so were the patties. My only regret is that I only ordered two patties instead of more. They were so delicious that my picky two-year-old finished his right away. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
I really enjoyed the Herring Pattie its really delicious plus the others were really good too. the Sweet Peanut Tablet (Tablet Pistache) was also delicious and I recommend the Milk Fudge it melts in your mouth

Bread is good but They don’t respect the closing times. Several times I’ve come before they close (15-20 min before they close) and they already locked their doors and refusing customers.
The patties are consistently excellent and did not let me down this time either. The bread came out warm, fresh from the oven, and was absolutely delicious!
I've bought the beef and chicken patties several times, and I haven't been disappointed yet. They're always freshly made. I highly recommend them!
The Haitian bread and patties here are excellent. Without a doubt, they are the best I've tasted in Queens!
