Le Bosphore D'istanbul

I loved Il Momento and returned there for several years. I haven't returned since April 2016. It was recovered and the result is lamentable. We had pizza and salad dinner. The pizza dough is hard; mozzarella does not deserve its name, it is an insipid cheese that exudes grease, ham on pizza they are calibrated cubes that appear out of an industrial factory; on the special pizza of the house, the chicken pieces are hard and dry. Literally immangeable. There is no choice of beers of the past, only a pale Heineken pressure. The service is kind but the kitchen is a disaster.

We have eaten inguines with hulls and risotto with very good and hearty gambas at a reasonable price the service is friendly. See you.

We were very disappointed with pizza, the dough is very fine and hard. The dough makes me think of a frozen torch bottom!

Very good address. The staff and the kitchen are top. It is a restaurant with a good value for money.
