On a recent visit to Soissons we struggled to find a reasonable place to eat in the evening. After some discrete googling of restaurants we found several reviews of Le Bouche a Oreille, and headed over there. Unsurprisingly this was also where most of the local populace could be found, as it is obviously the local bistro for those living in that part of the city. We ordered a Salad and a Burger Picard. Both when they arrived were very large and extremely tasty. A good range of both beers and wines are well priced and generously measured. All in all it is obvious why this place is so popular. Very good service from a droll waiter.
Reservation necseeary to avoid disappointment. Tuesday evening restaurant full. Service was tentative, and quick enough not to be fast food. Our chicken was served with a different sauce, as requested. Staff friendly and welcoming. Wine of good quality. Restaurant clean and staff very agreeable. The restaurant has changed its decor since our last visit and is very smart looking. Recommend this restaurant as modern without being too pretentious.
Great selection of dishes all delicious in this bustling and trendy restaurant in the heart of Soissons. Very friendly service and great to see both classic French dishes such as ris de veaux and beautiful hamburgers. Fair prices, good wine. Bookings recommended!
Went on recommendation of the travel advisor and was not disappointed. Had excellent duck. So tender. Partner had chickens great again. Great service and a great atmosphere
