Boucher Du Quai - Tisch resevieren

I visited Verdun by chance while on a roadtrip and we were looking for a restaurant to have lunch. As we did not have much time to explore the city to look for other restaurant, we did the worse thing we could, to choose whichever without checking tripadvisor. Ambience and deco was alright for this restaurant, however for the food I believe it could be better. I had the Quiche Lorraine(the only good one which can 't be ordered without ordering a full menu/set), and the Duck confit with some fries. My wife order grilled entrecote(rare) but it was served cold. When asked to change, the waitress shouted in french to the kitchen, and I quote, the meat is too rare for the customer! C'est la deuxième fois que l'on vient manger dans ce restaurant . La première fois en juillet il y a deux ans . Parfois une deuxième visite permet de voir les défauts . La , je ne suis pas déçu . L'accueil est sympathique. La décoration originale . Les toilettes propres . Certes cette fois ce n'est pas l'affluence, nous sommes en février . Les plats sont bons . Nous avons pris deux magrets de canard avec chacun une sauce différentes . Les cuissons étaient parfaites . La présentation des plats parfaite. Les prix sont raisonnables. L'attente est en fonction du nombre de clients . Que ce soit la première fois où la je n'ai pas a me plaindre d'un service trop long . C'est un restaurant sans prét...

Very bad experience at this restaurant. Very disappointed with the beef steak which was impossible to chew, the frozen fries and the bagged salad with too much vinegar. The Gascon salad was also very disappointing (bacon, duck breast and gizzards canned... as well as the Niçoise salad (the tuna was still in the shape of the can! . In addition, no gesture in return for our dissatisfaction except a she just has to go eat somewhere else from the cook and looks of disdain. I strongly advise against!!

Restaurant in hartje verdun gaat om 19:00 uur open. Was niet druk maar er werd wel moeilijk over de tafels gedaan 4 persoonstafels mogen niet door 2 personen bezet worden. Stel je voor dat op een druilige dinsdag een bus ineens binnen komt vallen. Nee ik denk dat we in Nederland wat ruim denkender zijn aangaande bezetting.Menu niets speciaals en in frankrijk is onze ervaring de wijn relatief duur dus drinken we maar bier.Eten niet speciaal maar we hebben wat in onze magen. Incredibly bad service. No control over reservation, we had reserved a table outside, came 10 min. before and was told we had to sit inside. As we would not accept this, we were assigned a table but were not served. Twice we asked to be allowed to order, and since no notice was taken of us, we got it after half an hour. There was no check on people's orders and even less on clearing tables.

Arrivés à 12 h 30, nous avons commandé un plat du jour qui nous fut servi plus de 35 minutes plus tard ; il s'agissait d'un pavé de rumsteack au poivre, sans saveur, avec une sauce très allongée. bref nous étions très déçus et n'avons évidement pris ni dessert ni café.

Cuisine correcte mais mauvaise organisation.Les regards agars des serveurs sont preuves de la sous qualifications dans ce métier.C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose

Bonne table au bord de la Meuse abordable par contre le vin blanc au verre pique un peu. Effort à faire au niveau de la propreté des toilettes

Tres bon j y reviens chaque annéeLa cuisine est très bonne l'accueil très sympa et le prix raisonnable .A essayer si vous êtes dans le coin
